Combines a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) primer, a copolymer adhesive layer, and an extruded Polyethylene (PE) top layer into one integrated system, offering unmatched adhesion, cathodic disbondment resistance, and mechanical strength.

Coating Structure & Function：

First Layer (Bottom Layer): Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE)

Function: Provides excellent long-term adhesion and cathodic disbondment resistance, chemically bonding with the steel pipe surface to form a strong corrosion protection foundation.

Second Layer (Intermediate Layer): Copolymer Adhesive

Function: Acts as a chemical bonding agent, securely joining the polar FBE bottom layer with the non-polar polyethylene top layer, ensuring system integrity.

Third Layer (Top Layer): Extruded Polyethylene (PE)

Function: Provides extra-thick mechanical protection against handling, backfilling, soil stress, rock impact, and moisture penetration.
