Quality Control

Raw Material Inspection

Dimension and tolerance check, appearance quality check,mechanical properties testing, weight check and raw material quality assurance certificate check. To make sure before the raw materials put into production, all materials shall be 100%qualified.

Semi-Finished Goods Inspection

During the pipe production process, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Penetrant Testing, Eddy Current Testing, Hydrostatic Testing, and Impact Testing will be carried out in accordance with the required material standards. Upon completion of all tests, a middle inspection will also be conducted to ensure 100% approval of all required tests before proceeding with finished pipe production.

Finished Goods Inspection

When finished goods are ready, our professional Quality Control department will conduct both Visual Inspection and Physical Test to ensure all pipes are 100% qualified. The Visual Inspection mainly covers the inspection of OD, WT, Length, Ovality, and Verticality. For the Physical Test, a sample will be cut from each heat number and sent to our laboratory for double confirmation of chemical composition and mechanical properties.

Inspection Before EX-Factory

Before finished goods are shipped, our professional QC staff will conduct one final inspection to verify pipe marking, suitability, packaging, unblemished appearance, and quantity count, ensuring everything fully and strictly meets customer requirements. Throughout the entire process, we are confident in our quality. Any third parties are welcome, including TUV, SGS, Intertek, ABS, LR, BV, KR, and RINA.
